EACCR4 (2026-2030):

Within the research project EACCR4, BNITM supports the Université Catholique de Bukavu (DRC) and the University of Zambia in establishing one mobile laboratory for each University.

While these laboratories are fully equipped to support outbreak preparedness and response missions, they also incorporate dedicated research modules, enabling research teams to conduct field-based studies and clinical research, including vaccine trials, therapeutic evaluations, diagnostic evaluations, and other operational research during outbreaks and preparedness activities.
